On August 22, 2008, the state administration for industry and commerce, business ministry make no.35, effective as of October 1, 2008

Article 1 in order to strengthen the administration of foreign-invested advertising enterprises and promoting the healthy development of the advertising industry in accordance with the relevant foreign investment laws and administrative rules and regulations of management and advertising, these provisions are formulated.

Article 2 these provisions, the term "foreign-invested advertising enterprises refers to the advertising business operation in accordance with the law of sino-foreign joint venture, sino-foreign cooperative joint venture enterprises, sino-foreign joint venture, sino-foreign cooperative enterprises, these provisions as sino-foreign advertising joint venture, the same below), and wholly foreign-invested advertising enterprises.

Article 3 the foreign-funded advertising enterprise, besides must abide by these provisions, shall abide by the People's Republ
