Three, matters needing attention
(1) the enterprise name should be made up of the following parts in turn: Shenzhen (city) + name (trade name) + industry (or industry characteristics) + organization form
(2) the business name used shall not be the same as that of other enterprises approved or registered in the same industry or without the name of the enterprise in the name of the trade, except those with investment relations
(3) no other enterprise may change its name under the name of the original name for less than 1 years
(4) the enterprise name may not be the same as the enterprise name that has been cancelled or whose business license has been revoked for less than 3 years
(5) the company name "Guangdong", "management measures" shall comply with the provisions of the registration of enterprises in Guangdong Province crown province name
(6) the name of the enterprise "Chinese crown" "China", "national", "state", "international" and other words, or in the middle of the use of the name Chinese "," China "," national "," state ", or the name of the non administrative division, to comply with the registration. (7) no other enterprise name may be included in the name of an enterprise. The name of an enterprise branch shall be listed as the name of the enterprise to which it belongs
(8) the enterprise name shall use Chinese characters conforming to the state standards, and no Chinese phonetic alphabet or Arabia numeral shall be used
(9) the name of a business name shall consist of more than two characters. Administrative divisions shall not be used as names, except where the names of the administrative divisions above the county level have other meanings
(10) the name of an enterprise should not express or imply business beyond its scope of business
(11) the name must comply with other relevant provisions of the state
